that children can feel safe,

that women can walk alone.

i wish for a world that we can eliminate hate,

and help one another, no matter the color of our skin.

i hope for a world,

where we can rest,

and not worry about what comes next,

who dies next,

what war is next.

a new world,

a me and you,

and you and me and them and us world.

no matter your gender,

who you love,

what you believe,

how much money is in your pocket,

or the color of your skin.
